I forgot to mention my awesome finance guy Charles!!! I have to give a shout out to Charles, my finance lead at Twin City Toyota also. The guy was on point and really worked with me on a great extended warranty deal after a promotion period had already ended. I am the guy who never buys extended warranties because they are over priced a lot of the time. Well this one was not! The guy stayed late at the dealership because I missed my flight from Denver to St. Louis when I flew out to pick up my Tacoma. He was up front and completely honest in what warranties were junk and which one was a great deal. He even gave me a couple of weeks to think it over. I couldn't be happier with Twin City. I just wish they were closer so I could have all my ToyotaCare maintenance and possible warranty work done there and not in Denver. Finding a great dealership that you can trust and won't rip you off is like winning the lottery these days. If you ever read this Charles, thanks again man!!! More
