A Long But Very Pleasant Business Transaction We weren't sure we were going to purchase a new Highlander when we walked in to the showroom. However, we had done a good deal of research on the SUV We weren't sure we were going to purchase a new Highlander when we walked in to the showroom. However, we had done a good deal of research on the SUV already and knew it was the one for us (we had had one in the past and were very pleased with it). We found a salesman and started talking about a Limited that we wanted to tryout. We were able to test drive it and did like it a bunch. However, with it being a used vehicle we could not come to an agreement on the price. We then looked at another Highlander, came to an agreeable price and bought it. We have not regretted it at all. Our salesman was very nice and funny. The whole process did take much longer than we expected (not sure the reasoning) which is the only downfall to this purchase. More

I've had Toyotas since 1977 so you can imagine I've purchased a few and I must say this has been the best experience ever. We love Twin City's service department and just like dealing with Aaron, no pressure. Usually you might have to haggle for hours and waste your whole day but not here and not with Aaron.
