He never pushed us to do anything that we didn't want and he conducted himself professionally, as one would expect from a salesman. Don was friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor! In a few hours, we came home with a brand new 2018 Toyota Corolla SE. My brother was estatic and so were we. Initially they did not have exactly the vehicle that we wanted, but she worked to find it - other dealers only seemed to want to sell us what was on their lot. She was also easy to work with on the price - one dealer much closer to where we live wouldn't budge from the sticker. Sandy just made the whole process simple and enjoyable. Quick, easy, affordable! My wife and I recently did the dealer jump for looking for a new car after her last one was out of commission. at other placed we went through the usu My wife and I recently did the dealer jump for looking for a new car after her last one was out of commission. at other placed we went through the usual dealership sales pitches trying to force cars on us we didnt want. at Twin City Toyota we set up an appointment with Jim Kelly who was willing to stay late with us. He didn push cars on us, push a bad sales pitch. He just asked what we wanted to see, and what we wanted in a car for how much. We causally and stress free test drove some cars. we ended up finding one we loved, and he set us up right away. they worked with us over a few days on the payments after getting things together from the other car and that weekend we drove off the lot with a "new to us" car. They had some great promos like the one year service and extended warranties we took advantage of. i felt like our slightly used vehicle was a BRAND NEW car purchase. Their prices are great! I am happy with our vehicle and so is my wife. More
