Mike replied in a timely fashion, and was more than thorough about it. We explained to him that we lived almost 4 hours away, and had narrowed our choices down to two. Ultimately, we chose to make the drive over buying local solely because of how he handled the first steps of the car buying process. He wasn't pushy, he was knowledgeable, and very honest. Choosing Twin City was the best decision we made (other that selecting a 4runner) Upon arriving to the dealership, Mike went over every feature the car has to offer, and he had all of the paperwork ready to go for us. We then met with the financing manager Jeff, who was equally as honest and easy to work with. The way they laid out all of the terms, and went over each step of the buying process with us was enough to win over a lifelong customer. They even went as far as to suggesting local restaurants to check out, seeing as we were from out of town. The whole car buying process went so smooth, and I would certainly recommend these guys! We will be returning to Twin City for our next vehicle purchase. More

Knowledgeable and Easy to Work With At other dealerships, I have had trouble finding staff that are knowledgeable and willing enough to truly engage in conversation. I am often annoyed that most sales staff want you to just drive the vehicle and make a decision without asking questions. I have also been treated poorly and rudely when making offers on vehicles at other lots. This is NOT the experience I had at Twin City Toyota. When walking in the door, I was met by Arron Davis. We preceded to look at the vehicles I had an interest in purchasing. As I do, I started asking about transmissions, traction control, off-road abilities, automatic all-wheel drive, hybrid systems, and other vehicle options. While Arron did not know all the answers, he was far more qualified to discuss these topics (and discuss them in depth) than any sales staff I had recently spoken to. He often looked up or asked another staff member in attempt to answer my questions. A business day later (after contacting my credit union), I made an offer on a 2012 4Runner. Arron had taken the time to explain how and why they price vehicles, another welcomed and appreciated conversation. That being said, the sales team still worked with me at settling on a price. Given some other recent attempts at buying used vehicles at other dealerships, I highly recommend Twin City Toyota. Their ability to work with prices will vary from vehicle to vehicle, but I believe they will always treat their customers with respect, something you will not get from every dealership. Twin City Toyota has earned my repeat business. More
