Great Customer Service We recently purchased a new Prius from Aaron at Twin City Toyota. We ordered the car on a Friday and planned to pick it up sometime the next week. The next day we got word the our son, daughter in law and 3 week old granddaughter needed help evacuating due to hurricane Florence. We called Aaron and asked if there was anyway we could have the car first thing Monday morning, this was at 3 PM on Saturday. Aaron and the team at Twin City jumped through hoops and turned over ever rock they had to make sure we had our car Monday morning so we would be able to help our children. We are lucky to be able to say the hurricane went north of them. Thank you to Aaron and Everyone at Twin City Toyota who took a stressful time for us and took one of our worries away. More
