Doing business as it should be I purchased a 2014 jeep from Twin City Toyota, bought it on a Friday and by Monday it was back at the shop with a service shifter issue. In all of an hour my jeep was headed to a jeep dealer for repairs and I was headed home in a new 2019 Rav4 free of charge. Repairs were made to the jeep at no cost to me and an extended 3yr 60k mile warranty added at less than half the cost. What this all boils down to is Twin City Toyota went above and beyond to make me happy. Great job guys, see you in a few years. More
