After a tumultuous time trying to find a vehicle that I wanted, I noticed that the vehicle I was looking for had arrived the day before at Twin City Toyota. The receptionist connected me to Jim Kelly and wanted, I noticed that the vehicle I was looking for had arrived the day before at Twin City Toyota. The receptionist connected me to Jim Kelly and he set the process in motion, from my first test drive he was with me repairing all of the minor issues to the final delivery of the vehicle. There was never a time that I felt I was alone in this journey. There was even a time when Jim,Steve, Jeff, David and Kris from Service were all involved in making this happen. Thanks Jim for all of your help through this journey. I will always look for Twin City Toyota when myself or my family and friends are in need of a vehicle. More

Worked with Aaron and Francis. They were outstanding in getting us into a new 4 Runner. Francis was a blessing for the dealership. He made sure all i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. About 5 years ago we did business with Twin City and Jim Kelly was the sales rep. That experience created trust in Jim and the dealership. Therefore, when we decided to make some changes with our cars we Kelly was the sales rep. That experience created trust in Jim and the dealership. Therefore, when we decided to make some changes with our cars we chose to go back to them. We checked elsewhere because limited supplies and location but then returned back to Twin City. We were greeted by a friendly team who work closely together to not only be fair with us but also with each other. Highly recommend Jim and the whole dealership. Jim is very patient, kind and willing to spend as much time as needed for us to feel comfortable with understanding how to get the most out of all the things our vehicle has to offer.
