Doesn’t take responsibility for anything I m always reluctant to visit this service dealer because of frequent poor service or long waits and getting the runaround or no concrete answers. Their processing procedure could definitely need a lot of help and revamping on the way the intake a vehicle and giving a better timeline on delivery as well as updating the customer the progress of the service not just saying you called to say the vehicle is done but in fact never called or left a voicemail to follow up. I the customer had to call back to see where my car was at in service and was told it “should” be done the following day but never got a confirmation of completion and upon returning to pick up my vehicle and returning my rental which is covered under the extended warranty plan I had purchased I was hit with a rental fee because they had failed to inform me that my vehicle was ready. They did not apologize but instead lied and said they had called which in fact they never had, I called them and no one answered and I left a voicemail which was never returned. More

Told to come back for repair after 1st of the year. Bought my 2019 Santa Fe on 12.19.18. Noticed a scrape on rear bumper next day and brought car back following day. Met with Alex A. Internet Mgr. He Bought my 2019 Santa Fe on 12.19.18. Noticed a scrape on rear bumper next day and brought car back following day. Met with Alex A. Internet Mgr. He said this was very busy time for the dealership and to bring car back after 1st of year. So I waited 2weeks and in the meantime I contacted Alex to make sure any parts needed get ordered. He said they would only repaint the bumper. I disagreed at that time since the scrape was on a area of a non painted surface. We agreed on a date on Thursday 01.10.19 10 AM. I showed up on time, but no Alex. No one could reach Alex. Was simply told by showroom stay to just leave the car and Alex would get the work completed. I had to call Alex a few hours later only to be told the work cold not begin until the following Wednesday. Alex said to come get the car and told him no. At this point I will just wait until work was completed. Alex pushed me off to Jesus in the service dept. I contacted Jesus by voicemail and text to dispute the planned repair. No call back by the next day. I call Jesus again and got voice mail. Ended up taking to Alex who said he would get Jesus to call me. Jesus called me same afternoon and told me they got the okay to replace the damaged part of the bumper however part needed to be ordered a d it would take 6-7 days. Told Jesus okay but I would pick up my car in the meantime My point is they ignored the customers suggestion and wanted to do it their way without any customer consideration. I will update this review once my car is repaired My hunch tells me to take my service business to another dealership. Not happy at this point since I was told to wait until after holidays. Now almost a week to be told part needs to be ordered. The initial decision to simply paint the damaged area was the cheap way out I'm guessing the damage occurred on the dealer lot when cars are moved. The employee that was moving the cars should have said something as well as the person who washed the car prior to delivery to me. More

Great experience leasing a new Sonata I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with the salesperson, Mr. Seon Kim, and the Finance manager, Mr. Rami Aziz at Tuttle-Click Hyundai in Irvi I had a very pleasant experience in dealing with the salesperson, Mr. Seon Kim, and the Finance manager, Mr. Rami Aziz at Tuttle-Click Hyundai in Irvine. As I walked into the dealership lot, Mr. Seon immediately offers to help. I told him that I am looking for a good deal on a lease of a Sonata with a budget in mind. He took the time to showed me several model options without any pressure. Both Seon and Rami speed up the process and we were able to make deal with less than 1 hour. I am very happy with the car and the customer service from this dealership. More
Extremely disappointed. My husband stopped by today after work to look at the Kona's. I guess they don't need the business because they just lost an easy sell. There are plenty of hyundai dealers in the area that are willing to take our money. Won't go back More
