We ended up getting this car and my son is happy as a clam! The entire process, start to finish was very pleasant. More

Case in point, I took my car for oil change and they said they checked my engine air filter and needed to be changed. Car was towed in 1 1/2 weeks later, on a Friday afternoon, because it wouldn't start. They didn't look at the car until after I called around 1 p.m. the following Monday. They told me that it just needed a new battery, they didn't check the alternator if it was bad causing the battery to be bad. I have Platinum full warranty, but the battery was only covered for 3 years. They told me the battery was almost $300 and the labor $384, just to change the battery. When I said no and just leave the old battery in, I was told that I would have to pay for the diagnostic, which was covered under my warranty and they haven't even done the diagnostic and just checked the battery. After arguing and asking for a supervisor, I was told that I wouldn't be charged with the diagnostic, which they only did after I complained. When I got their supposed diagnostic results, it was indicated that my engine air filter was in good condition, although 1 1/2 weeks earlier, they said it needed immediate replacement. I got there to pick my car, and had to wait 15 minutes for them to help me, although there was no other customer being helped, and when they did, that was the only time the tech came with the paperwork for supposedly diagnosing the car. I wouldn't recommend them at all. More

Not a happy purchase My sales person, Mark was a week old. I know that going in and tried to give him the benefit as we were all new at a job at one time. The story is too long to answer using my phone but the end result is that management should not of let him lose on the public. I had to educate him on the Tucson abilities and perks. Then when I returned a few days later, the original Tucson I test drive was sold but the one that was left “ was the same”. Luckily I asked to see more about the the Tucson and it wasn’t. Use caution and go in knowing everything and ask all questions and don’t expect the sales person to help. They are just there to take a test drive with you. More
