I bought my 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Tuttle-Click Hyundai in 2017. This past year my car has visited the dealership at least 5 times. All problems that should be covered by warranty. However they made me pay in 2017. This past year my car has visited the dealership at least 5 times. All problems that should be covered by warranty. However they made me pay for most repairs because warranty didn’t cover it. They blamed me and called it negligence. They eventually reimbursed me after disputing with them. Now they’re trying to work with me and getting me a new car. They want me to get a basic 2019 Sonata and pay more money monthly. I pay now $312.00 a month. They told me my new payments would be $417.00 and I said no. But of course they dropped to $350.00. I’m still not feeling right about this, and to make things worse the car salesman working with me now (Michael). He had the nerve to ask me multiple times to go out and have a drink. So I made a comment, “After buying this car I won’t be able to afford any drinks.” I said it in a joking manner, and he goes and tells me. “I’ll pay!”.
