Another great experience with Tustin Mazda! I have now purchased a few cars from this dealership and they do everything to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. All the staff from sales to I have now purchased a few cars from this dealership and they do everything to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. All the staff from sales to finance and service are excellent and work very hard to make sure you are covered fully on the buying experience. Downsize and Upgraded OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get the best deal I could and although it wasn't quite where it needed to be, Janell assured me she can work with my trade in and credit score. Less than a day after speaking to her, I'm driving out of the dealership with a Brand New Mazda 3 which was exactly what I was looking for. Janell was a pleasure to work with, even going as far as watching my 18 mo old daughter while we finished up the paperwork with Debbie in finance who was also a great help. Even Larry was helpful in welcoming us and getting us to where we needed to be. I truly appreciate the professionalism and experience at Tustin (OC) Mazda. Keep up the great work you guys. More
