Upon arrival until the completion of services the friendly staff was top notch. Elle was extremely helpful and kept me posted on the progress while my car was being maintenances. I love their text an friendly staff was top notch. Elle was extremely helpful and kept me posted on the progress while my car was being maintenances. I love their text and video format and how you receive a video update of the details of the car inspection. Their waiting area is comfortable, has WiFi, snacks, coffee and water so it’s convenient to continue working while waiting for car service. I would highly recommend Tustin Mazda for vehicle purchases or service maintenance to all my friends and family. More

Larry was fantastic to work with. We initially went in to test drive a few different models knowing we wanted a Mazda, but weren’t quite ready to buy, Larry was totally generous with We initially went in to test drive a few different models knowing we wanted a Mazda, but weren’t quite ready to buy, Larry was totally generous with his time, and had a thorough knowledge of the cars. when I was ready to get the car I wouldn’t have worked with anyone but Larry because of how nice, and low pressure he was. Every part of the process was flawless, and we drove off in a brand new CX5 Carbon Edition with everything perfect. I would highly recommend Larry if anyone I know ever wanted to buy a Mazda. More
