I recently purchased my second Mazda from Tustin Mazda and everyone I interacted with was extremely hospitable. I originally came in for a test drive with Jim but he set me up instead with Omar so that I and everyone I interacted with was extremely hospitable. I originally came in for a test drive with Jim but he set me up instead with Omar so that I wouldn't have to wait for him. Omar was very patient, answering all of my questions. He gave me space to make my decision while also making it clear that he was happy to help with any questions that I had in the meantime. When I made my decision I came back in and Omar helped me get through my purchase as swiftly as possible and he eased the nerves that come with making any big purchase with his corny jokes. Always good experiences at Tustin Mazda. I got offered water maybe 7 times by different employees and I even got offered a Chick-fil-A sandwich while I was doing some paperwork. More
