We’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years now. This dealership was BUILT on customer service. We have owned Mercedes Benz and BMW automobiles and on both occasions were treated like second class citizens because our car was a middle of the road model….and their repair costs were extraordinary! Once we were recognized by a sales associate the experience was very good. Initially we waited a long time before anyone met with us and we were getting ready to leave. I was very happy with the service I received. The only issue I have is that it was not disclosed to me that while I was showing interest in the car that there was only one key fob to the vehicle. The only issue I have is that it was not disclosed to me that while I was showing interest in the car that there was only one key fob to the vehicle. I was not told about there only being one key fob till all the documents were signed and the deal completed. Your salesman told me he would call the previous owner to retrieve the other key fob. If he is unable to retrieve the other key fob I hope Lexus will get me one somehow. at Lexus expense. Hope to hear from you regarding this issue thank you. More
