I’ve been to Newport Lexus (it’s closer to my home and work) and it’s a very different experience in that you’re treated as though they’re doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. The attitude and professionalism at Tustin Lexus are the exact opposite. Also, Tustin Lexus always makes sure my vehicle is spotless at pick-up no matter how minor the service appointment. My car arrived by tow as my tire was slashed and my spare tire could not be installed due to multiple cracks. Lexus took in my car immediately, jot down notes, and put me in the most beautiful 2023 RX 350 as tire could not be installed due to multiple cracks.
