My interaction with Patrick the finance guy was excellent. My sales person, Tatiana did OK on structuring the deal, but as soon as I bought the car, she seem to lose interest in customer service. I don't think I've ever thought of a dealership as 5 star, but Tustin Lexus really knocked it out of the park with our purchase of a TX. Rome is amazing, ask for him when you call.
