Great experience at Tustin Lexus. The service was done quickly and professionally. The service representative explained what work will be done and asked if I was going to wait for it I said yes . It was a great customer service experience through the sales process. The general manager Randy was professional and polite as well as Nery the sales associates. Tustin Lexus installed (and customer had to pay for it) an IKON tracking device w/o giving any info to the buyer. This IKON is a big privacy issue. The practice is so unethical. I was also (forced to acc an IKON tracking device w/o giving any info to the buyer. This IKON is a big privacy issue. The practice is so unethical. I was also (forced to accept) overcharged for ResistAll add-on $1034 vs web ad cost of $699. Been a customer since 1989, I’m so disappointed with TL. More
