WORST SALES EXPERIENCE THAT “NEVER” HAPPENED! THIS place is the epic example of “What happened to common courtesy?” After a year long search, I found my perfect (used) vehicle across the coun THIS place is the epic example of “What happened to common courtesy?” After a year long search, I found my perfect (used) vehicle across the country at Tustin Lexus. I quickly contacted the sales staff (chat, text, email, and phone call). Due to their lack of availability and their follow up, I ended up trying to work with 3 different sales staff over 3 days. I conveyed my seriousness of intent to purchase, requested additional photos and to quote shipping fees. They do not take deposits for used vehicles. I had already paid a local (to me) Porsche expert for research and advice as well as purchased additional records online. I arranged an independent third party inspection for the next morning. Note, this is a high end vehicle that is common practice to have a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) performed. At the end of that next day, as I had been trying to contact the inspection facility for results, yet another (4th!!) sales staff informs me they sold the vehicle (out from under me) and never delivered it for PPI. I asked to be put on hold to speak with the sales manager. I declined a call back, as I anticipated that would never happen. Sure enough, after hold, I was sent to voicemail and he NEVER returned my call. ZERO chance for me to purchase. ZERO COMMON COURTESY!! For a business that should promote customer service, they epically failed!! also posted this on google reviews and received the standard response: “ thank you for bring this to my attention…. Sorry this happened…. Please contact me via email…” More
