I recently needed to take my GSF 350 in for an Oil change and regular visit and have not worked with Service Consultant-RICK MASSUCCI until this past I recently needed to take my GSF 350 in for an Oil change and regular visit and have not worked with Service Consultant-RICK MASSUCCI until this past time, the guy is a Pro and got me in and out quickly, was very fair and honest about additional items that failed while I was in like my factory Battery that needed replacement, and got me a Pro-rate which is cool as I used to be in the business and appreciated that..I recommend seeing Rick and the Tustin Lexus Service Department, thumbs up!
