Dennis is always on point, he describes what needs to be done due to safety and is accommodating if things are unclear. I personally witnessed him yesterday take a customer to someone who was fluent in his done due to safety and is accommodating if things are unclear. My interaction with Patrick the finance guy was excellent. My sales person, Tatiana did OK on structuring the deal, but as soon as I bought the car, she seem to lose interest in customer service. She gave me a very cursory explanation of how the car worked. There was an old license plates left in the glove compartment, no frame for the front license plate provided and no second key available. I don't think I've ever thought of a dealership as 5 star, but Tustin Lexus really knocked it out of the park with our purchase of a TX. Rome is amazing, ask for him when you call. He was super patient, helpful, and was all in on finding what we wanted. Did I mention patient? Paymon in finance was great to work with and actually had a sense of humor (weird, I know). Management was easy to work with, negotiating was a breeze, dealership was beautiful. They have it figured out and would have zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone. More
