Bought a 2022 Palisade from Rick. We had done quite a bit of research and were fairly sure that a Palisade was the vehicle that best fit our needs. He made himself available to answer any questions, and when questions were posed he answered quickly. We made an appointment to drive the vehicle. Rick met us on the lot, walked us around the vehicle and was highly knowledgeable. We drove the car, liked it and completed the deal. Rick made it easy, and if the dealership hadn’t been so busy on a Sunday, the day after a record cold and rainy day, we would have been out of there in about an hour. Even still, the transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. I would recommended Rick to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. More
