I wanted to like this dealer however my overall experience was very positive but they overpromised and underdelivered. One issue I have with dealer is I had preapproval from Credit Union and the de experience was very positive but they overpromised and underdelivered. One issue I have with dealer is I had preapproval from Credit Union and the dealer didn't want to use that. I was ok going with their lender which is higher than mine and refinanced later. My salesman, Carlos, promised if I went with their lender and get my license plate within 2-3 weeks. I could refinance once the plate arrived. Fast forward, 2 and 1/2 month later, my temp plate is about to expire and no plate arrived. I had to keep calling them every now and then. Nobody bothered to follow up with what's going on. Another issue I had with the car was a lot of wind noise, luckily they admitted there was excessive wind noise. On my first trip, I left the car the whole day and came back with no part. So I had to come back another time which was fine, then again nobody followed up. I had to call them and asked when I could take my car back for repair then I got an appointment. 2nd trip, most noise was gone however the tech agreed there was noise still on the passenger side still and they didn't have that part. I had to make another trip back. Still until today, nobody followed up to schedule me for the repair on the passenger side. More

i enjoy that they provide videos of what is wrong with the vehicle before conducting maintenance. i enjoyed that Eliza walked me through the process, provided recommendations on what service should be com the vehicle before conducting maintenance. i enjoyed that Eliza walked me through the process, provided recommendations on what service should be completed ASAP, and what can be serviced later / in the future - they also let me know what was covered under warranty- and what i would be responsible paying for and told me a pretty close estimate i enjoyed getting text/updates and the whole process was smooth and easy, and i cannot thank y’all enough! note: i made a service appointment (highly recommended) - i also left my car with the service department instead of waiting in the waiting room (i also don’t know if this is an option anymore) the service team does offer a lyft (but i didn’t use this option) More
