Long story short my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 was hit while parked. The impact broke my front radar’s bracket which sits just behind the license plate. David offered excellent customer service by sharing frequent updates via phone/text and even escalated the importance of getting the part ASAP since I had to manually turn off the front safety feature before driving. David answered all of my calls and addressed my concerns. Even through my frustration I could tell David was doing everything he could to get the part. He was honest and transparent about the timeline. When the part finally came David personally called me and booked me for the earliest appointment. My car was fixed in 2 hours.
