The only bad is the wait times for oil changes because they are always super packed, they used to have fresh popcorn to get you by but just kept the coffee, it would be nice to have something to munch on while you wait. Overall I do actively recommend people to buy Hyundai when shopping for a car because of their car builds, customer service and Warranty. 10/10 More

My 1st contact with Greg Thrasher was from a simple question I emailed Tustin Hyundai, "Is it true Tustin Hyundai does not sell over MSRP?" Greg responded with a yes, and send a video link reinforcing question I emailed Tustin Hyundai, "Is it true Tustin Hyundai does not sell over MSRP?" Greg responded with a yes, and send a video link reinforcing Tustin Hyundai's no-mark-up policy. My wife and I visited him soon, as we were looking for a 2023 Ioniq 6 with particular trim level, exterior color, and interior color. Greg got to work on finding the exact Ioniq 6 while it was in-shipment from Hyundai. Soon, things got bogged down, as the Ioniq 6 was stuck at the port of Long Beach. Greg then pulled a "rabbit out of a hat", and called me about a month early, and said "I've got your car!" Without my prompting, he did a dealer trade and got the Ioniq 6 I wanted. I drove it home just a few days ago :) More

He is clearly a very experienced and knowledgable person in his field and the cares he sells. Communication with him started before the actual purchase as we ordered the vehicle a month in advance. He assisted us in chosing the vehicle and provided specs from the beginning of the proces which reassured us of the items we were looking for in the vehicle as well as the model. He always kept in touch and was always gracious and friendly. Once the vehicle arrived, he accomodated our schedule for pickup and assisted us to make the buying expierince easy to navigate. After the purchase, Rick spent a good half-hour orienting my son use of controls and accessories. I give Rick and the dealership a definate 10/10. I would also highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Hyundai and also wants a no-hassle, friendly buying experience. -Juan More
