Bryan is absolutely incredible- professional, knowledgeable, kind & efficient! The entire staff actually is as well, over the phone & in person! The Tustin location is further than some local Hyundai ones for me & I will happily make the commute because of the service I’ve always received from this place. Bryan is a total standout & is so helpful! Makes the experience seamless, he helped explain all matters of the service and process. When my fiancé lived in SoCal, he used to rave about a employee named, Bryan, who was always so helpful at this location & years later I got assigned Bryan to help with my car needs & I instantly put the 2 & 2 together that this is the same Bryan that helped my finace - this speaks volumes to the consistent level of care that they provide to all.
