I called up several Hyundai dealerships to try to get a quote in writing so I could compare prices. All the other dealerships wouldn't give me a quote unless I came in. I did visit one other dealership but they refused to go lower with their offers unless I promised to buy it that day. In contrast, Jon at OC Hyundai immediately did everything I asked, without asking me to agree to anything. I quoted him a price from carsdirect.com and asked if he could beat it by sending a better deal to me via fax. Wow, did he beat it! I got an insanely good deal with excellent financing on a 2010 Elantra, with the exterior and interior colors I wanted. I didn't have to haggle at all. And, he quoted me a really competitive price for the 2011 Sonata as well. The dealership also provides all sorts of goodies for their customers, like free car washes any time Monday through Friday, and free lunches on Saturday. They also donate to charity every time a new car is sold. This place is awesome, and I highly recommend it. More

The only area less than good or great was the price, it was challenging to negotiate the price, and I feel like we were told some of the price would be knocked down but then it wasn't. More

We brought our 2002 Sonata in with a frightening pull to the left and difficulty handling when braking. I give Mark and OC Hyundai great rating's for the great customer service I received today. From the beginning I let Mark Davidson know what our credit situation was and what we had to put down. Mark never gave up on working the deal for us, he had promised to help us and he came through with shining colors. If it had not been for Mark I would have walked away....actually I did walk away....twice....yet came back because of Mark. While I know it is his job to make a sale, he went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at a price we can afford. One thing, that was odd was I was about to drive off the lot with the car bought....and there was no gas in the car, Mark had said they buy the first tank....as it should be. I am buying the car and it should be gassed up in full, even though it was a used car. Mark Davidson quickly took care of the situation and filled it up, thanks to him I left a satisfied customer. Oh but by the way go to the OC Hyundia lot....dont try to do anything online....I spent a week + trying to work with Steve the online customer service person who failed miserably at selling me a car. He was worthless at sealing the deal, told me to go to the "used car lots on Harbor Blvd." Mark Davidson did seal the deal, go see him!!!!! More

I go there every 3,000 miles or so for regular service but I recently required extensive service on my Hyundai and they had my automobile for almost a month. I was concerned that my car would be declared but I recently required extensive service on my Hyundai and they had my automobile for almost a month. I was concerned that my car would be declared totaled or would never be the same again. Mark kept me apprised every step of the way whether it was about dealing with insurance company (State Farm-wonderful) or any other concern that came along while the dealership was on its way to giving me my car in better condition than prior to the incident. I have never received such wonderful service from any dealership over the years and Mark provides exemplary service and is a wonderful representative of the company. Another Hyundai dealership is closer to my home but I go the extra miles because of Mark and the wonderful service from OC Hyundai. More
