Frank was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the financing, and was able to answer all of my questions. When I contacted him by e-mail with a few more things that I forgot to ask at the test drive, Frank was extremely responsive. When the car arrived, Frank gave me a detailed walk though of the features, and followed up by e-mail afterwards. Frank made the entire experience very smooth and easy. Back in April we needed to replace my 2013 Sonata due to an accident, I was lucky and the Sonata protect This is our 2nd Sonata in the last 5 months. Back in April we needed to replace my 2013 Sonata due to an accident, I was lucky and the Sonata protected me well, walked away from being hit broadside on a major highway, the other car ran a red light. So I was so impressed with protection of the Sonata, I bought another one 2015 Limited, now we are replacing a 2007 Entourage, we had purchased it new and have had no issues with it just time for a new one something with better gas mileage, so our new 2016 Sonata Hybrid is nothing sort of amazing! The new Sonata is loaded with new safety features and mileage is about double compared to our trade-in, the saving in gas alone could pay for half the payment. And the kids love the panoramic roof and the cooling front seats are amazing. This car is truly an outstand value. Thank You Hyundai! More
