He met us at our scheduled appointment time without making us wait. He then spent a good deal of time getting to know us, and finding out what type of vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He listened, scoring another 10. He quickly realized that I would be the primary driver and directed his questions to me. As a female, this is important to me, and unusual in the auto purchasing world. At the end of our visit we purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2016 Tucson ECO and again Bill scored a 10 with his thorough walk through and explanation of the features of the car. Being previous owners of both a Santa Fe and an Azera we didn't have to be sold on the Hyundai brand, but with Bill's requisite skills, he certainly made the purchasing process pleasant and easy.
