I spoke to Shawn from the get-go and he was very quick to respond, friendly, helpful and honest throughout the whole process. I am one of many who cannot stand the car salesman attitudes ("that's my wife's name", four corner sheet, "what do I need to do to get you to buy the car today", million phone calls, etc.) and I am happy to say Shawn was not your typical car salesman. He was very pro-Hyundai, but I bought the car because I was ready, not because I felt pressured. The best part of my car buying experience was that I did not spend the day at the dealership. Shawn walked me through the whole process over the phone (no haggling BS). In fact, he answered my 20+ phone calls (yes, I was annoying) and answered every single question I had thoroughly and made sure I understood what all of the terms/money calculations meant. In term of my trade in, Shawn recommended I went to Car Max for an appraisal, which I appreciated because I got a better offer than what I was originally offered. When I was ready to buy the car I walked in the dealership and was quickly shown my car (getting waxed which was a bonus), got to take my car on a test drive and went in to financing. It was all a very quick process! Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you Shawn Brown and the Tustin Hyundai Team! John M. approached us politely and explained the details of the 2016 vs 2017 since my daughter was undecided. She explained which features she was looking for and with his help she decided on the 2017 and took it for a spin. He was very detailed in showing her all of the details of the car. We went inside and went through the extensive paperwork due to the trade in and purchase. He got her exactly where she wanted her payments to be. When he delivered the car, he had placed a huge bow on the hood and went over every feature of her first brand new car ever! He's very personable and I highly recommend him. I announced to my department at work today that if anyone needs a new or used car, I have the guy to help. My youngest daughter will be in the car market at the end of Summer and you can bet that I'll be calling John. More

My mechanic called and said that I had a transmission issue. Since I should still be under warranty, I stepped over to repair and made an appointment for Monday morning. I knew I was in for a lengthy visit so I arranged for a ride home and told David that I was being realistic and I knew that it was going to be a while before he had any news on the car. He mentioned that if i really did have a transmission issue that it "should" be covered by warranty. I left my car hoping for the best. David called me this morning and let me know that my repair would be covered by warranty. YAY ME! I've been to this service department several times even though there is another Hyundai dealer closer to my home. The service advisers keep their customers informed about the status of their vehicles and they've never lost my vehicle (as I've had happen 3 times at the dealer closer to my house). Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always stress out when I have to visit a service department for repairs and they're seriously so helpful that I tend to worry less when they have my car. More
