Excellent Experience I wanted the Tucson Hydrogen powered SUV, having had a natural gas and plug in hybrid so far. You have to apply to Hyundai and the nice people at cor I wanted the Tucson Hydrogen powered SUV, having had a natural gas and plug in hybrid so far. You have to apply to Hyundai and the nice people at corporate running this hydrogen program directed me to Frank Joubran. Having had multiple experiences at all the high end dealerships in OC, dealing with Frank was at the top of the list of good luxury dealership experiences. Always professional, polite and courteous. And a nice guy, too. I couldn't have asked for a more compliant sales experience. Frank promised less than an hour to document the deal and he was true to his word. In/out of dealership driving an environmentally friendly SUV. I'm anxious to experience the hydrogen powered Tucson. Just left Frank a few hours ago. The experience with the dealership was good, the car was prepped well, Frank was great to deal with- and he's a hockey fan. Doesn't get much better! Thanks Frank and OC Tustin Hyundai. More
