When I told him a different dealer came in under his initial price he was kind and with a smile he said, "no problem we can beat that!" And he did, with flying colors. I was only a week into my car buying research when I met Bill and the guys at Tustin Hyundai, but they were so low pressure and trustworthy I felt ready to pull the trigger on my new car!!! When I started question Qais on the Ford he was very straight forward and honest with me that he didn’t know a whole lot about the 4x4 being that he was a Hyundai salesman. We both had a good time and many laughs trying to figure out the features on the pickup. If we couldn’t figure it out he made sure to find out and let me know the information I wanted to know. When I drove away from the dealership that first day I remember thinking to my self that that was the kind of sales person I could see myselft buying my next vehicle from, and three days later I did. The sales team of Qais Sultani and John Moody treated me exactly like I like to be treated in any kind of buying situation. There was no pressure from either one of them and both where friendly, funny and personable. I recieved a great price on an amazing truck and also got a fair trade in price on my used vehicle.
