I wanted to trade in my truck for a Hyundai Kona and went into Anaheim Hyundai because it was closer to me..After hours and hours we came so close to a deal even went 2 trim levels down to meet them halfway into Anaheim Hyundai because it was closer to me..After hours and hours we came so close to a deal even went 2 trim levels down to meet them halfway and they wouldn’t budge on a couple hundred bucks...About to decide to keep my truck I thought I’d give it another try at the Tustin Dealership..Wow! I could not believe the difference in the two experiences! Made a deal that was more than fair, I didn’t feel I was being hustled or low balled for my trade..and they were so efficient I was in and out of their from start to absolute finish in about 90 min! Drove away completely satisfied! That’s a great feeling! Thank you Marcos and the awesome team over at Hyundai of Tustin! More

My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and Ivan Ventura is one of the best vehicle sales representatives we've worked with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was not years and Ivan Ventura is one of the best vehicle sales representatives we've worked with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was not high-pressure. He took time to understand our needs and wants and was accommodating to it. This was our first time purchasing a Hyundai (or even looking at one to be honest!) and Tustin Hyundai provided a great experience from start to finish. Ivan and Tustin Hyundai made our vehicle purchase easier than ever by providing the opportunity to complete part of the purchase process digitally rather than all in person. This saved us from spending hours at the dealership like it has been traditionally. My husband and I were very impressed with the 2021 Hyundai Palisade we ended up purchasing, with Ivan, with the finance & signing documents representative, and with Tustin Hyundai as a whole.
