This was such a welcome change from the normal car buying/leasing routine and actually my 3rd Dealership this weekend and so glad I got there. This was my second purchase from Tustin Hyundai and it was my best car buying experience yet. After to talking with Rick on the phone, he promised I would be in and out in an hour and he totally delivere was my best car buying experience yet. After to talking with Rick on the phone, he promised I would be in and out in an hour and he totally delivered. The car and paperwork were ready, the transfer and financing were throughly explained by Rick and Crystal. Rick went over the functionality of the vehicle and I was in and out in under an hour. Rick said his first offer was his best offer and I was a bit skeptical at first. However after looking around other dealership I can fully agree with him. Tustin Hyundai is the best dealership around and wh bit skeptical at first. However after looking around other dealership I can fully agree with him. I unexpectedly needed to have surgery during our negotiations, and Rick still brought in the car from a other dealerships, got it washed, AND personally delivered the car to my house on a Friday night. He was extremely polite, never pushy, and was up front about everything from the beginning. Never once did I feel frustrated or that I wasn’t a top priority. I cannot recommend Rick or Tustin Hyundai enough. Truly a great experience. More
