I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, few of which have been pleasant experiences. I can't believe how pleasant and easy our experience with Tustin Hyundai, specifically with Greg Thrasher was. which have been pleasant experiences. I can't believe how pleasant and easy our experience with Tustin Hyundai, specifically with Greg Thrasher was. He is quite possibly the nicest, most pleasant salesman I've ever worked with and everything was exactly as he had promised over the phone. We came to Tustin Hyundai after an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership who tried to take advantage of us. I was hesitant when Greg contacted us, but he was honest and helpful from the very beginning. He helped us find the exact car we were looking for and when he found it, had all of the paperwork ready for us when we came in to pick it up. We were in and out of the dealership in under an hour, which is unheard of. Everyone was so nice, there was no pressure from anyone to purchase unnecessary add-ons to the car and most importantly, nobody took tried to take advantage of us. Greg was amazing....if you want to be treated like a human being, made to feel like you're being respected and valued as a customer, go see Greg Thrasher at Tustin Hyundai.
