I visited a couple of Hyundai dealerships in Orange I visited a couple of Hyundai dealerships in Orange County and my experience was not good at all. The people I met, did not even care to learn what I visited a couple of Hyundai dealerships in Orange County and my experience was not good at all. The people I met, did not even care to learn what I wanted/needed. They just wanted to close the deal and walk away. I felt very discouraged each time and I lost hope. I finally decided to give it one more chance and I walked to the Tustin Hyundai dealership today and my experience was totally different. If you are looking to lease or buy a car, I strongly encourage you to visit the Tustin Hyundai dealership. Look for Marcos, he is not only the most professional in this business but he also cares about his customers. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions in the most knowledgeable way possible. It had been a long while since the last time my wife and I purchased a new car, so we didn’t really know what to expect. Wow is the word that comes to mind. It was so totally easy. We contacted the Tustin H I purchased a new car, so we didn’t really know what to expect. Wow is the word that comes to mind. It was so totally easy. We contacted the Tustin Hyundai dealership. They responded very quickly and followed through with a phone call. I spoke to Jason Galvan on the phone. This guy was so cool. We set up an appointment time and boom! When we arrived Jason greeted me and my family and was really cool and relaxed. There was no pressure whatsoever. Jason took his time explaining everything. He was very upfront and very knowledgeable about the car and the aspect of the loan process. It was a wonderful experience and Jason is a true professional. I have his business card and I will be referring all my friends and family to him. I rated his service and the dealership 5 stars because I really did have a good time.
