Greg was in communication with me daily, NOT pushy. I was still looking for a different model, and hence I was not ready to make the purchase. When I was finally ready to make the deal, I called Greg and he sent me the link to the credit application. I made an appointment to meet with him around 4 PM. I ended up going to the dealership earlier. Greg was extremely pleasant and friendly to work with. I'd also mentioned about a trade-in. He worked with the manager to get a trade-in that would save me having to go through the hassle of a private party sale. Greg explained about the car remote, key for emergency entry into the car, blue link. Greg was also gracious in obtaining a bow for the car, since I'd mentioned that this would be a gift. Since the price was "pre-negotiated", there was no back and forth between Greg / Manager / me. While the current market situation doesn't allow for a lot of negotiation, this buying experience was quite different and pleasant The time that I spent at finance was surprisingly less. No high pressure sales tactics. The only thing I would hold against Greg is that he didn't mention the theft deterrent device, whose cost was added to the price. This goes against the claim of "no dealer options". This also didn't come up until I was in Finance, signing the documents. I didn't want to kill this deal since Greg was able to obtain a better trade-in. Your dealership is a Unicorn among dealerships. More

Let's start of by saying I just Purchased a 61,000 Palisade from a dealer who is 80 miles away as nobody had any available..so I finally found it and had it delivered. After 1 week I found a defect on Palisade from a dealer who is 80 miles away as nobody had any available..so I finally found it and had it delivered. After 1 week I found a defect on my front bumper (paint-issue). I took it to. Y closest dealer and was told they do not have an on site body shop and I would have to go to Tustin...Ok...6 miles away..no big deal.....or so I Thought!! When I first arrive...everything seems great, and they are almost helpful even to the point they say they will handle it and get it fixed...then things take a turn... the service assistant takes a look at the spot and proceeds to wife of twice as much paint...when I see that I get told to my face I am wrong and he did not touch that spot...well since I have before and after pics...and stated that...he said well maybe I did but it was already missing some....then he says since you bought it here...I guess we can take care of it...And I said I did not purchase it here because you did not have this vehicle so I ordered it and had it delivered from San Diego. Then I get...oh well we can't do anything you have to go there....Then I state the warranty and ask how it does not apply? I explain I just came from the other dealer who I spoke to for 30 seconds and referred me to them since they are the o nly dealer that has a bodyshop....well the service assistant now tells me well they blew you off and sent you here...and they can do it.they just did not want to...then..he says...hang on...I need to get my manager. So he walks out and explains the other dealer should not have sent me..he is going to call them and he will be right back...I am offered a water or coffee..and said they will get me taken care of... Oh they certainly did...by blowing me off and claiming to talk to the other dealer..pretending to talk to the manager of the service dept and claiming he was new and was unaware his employees were sending people away. I know I was lied to because I went back to the other dealer and found out they never spoke to anyone from the other dealer...they did not know who I was or why I was there or anything...So Being that you are supposed to try and keep customers....You Just lost a Lifetime customer with a ton of friends and family who love my new palisade..well They will NEVER go to a Dealer who Lies, Manipulates, and instead of just putting in a warranty claim and gaining a lifetime customer....BIG MISTAKE...I will be contacting multiple other online customer reviews to let others know just how poor the service was...for a NEW HYUNDAI OWNER! SO THANKS FOR THE HEADACHE And Showing me your TRUE colors and the worst customer service I have experienced. More
