At age 70, this is the best experience buying a new vehicle at any dealership. Our sales rep, Jason, was just fantastic. What was expected to be a couple of hours process turned into a two day process vehicle at any dealership. Our sales rep, Jason, was just fantastic. What was expected to be a couple of hours process turned into a two day process due to our unplanned change of vehicles at the very last minute. Jason never blinked but bulled ahead starting over the process. Very patient and answered every question and if he didn’t know an answer - he asked. I respect that and appreciate a no xx approach! Our paperwork for registration and financing was handled superbly by Dana, with whom we fell in love. She’s quite the character! :-) What could and should have been a hectic car-buying experience turned into a fun one. We appreciate ALL the sales staff’s interactions and laughs when needed! Thanks! Fantastic! !! Not only do I love my 2023 Explorer but Jared was top notch. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not once did he make me feel like he was only the !!
