I drove three hours to get to Tuscaloosa Ford and am very glad i did! I put in an inquiry about a 2019 F150 online and Frank emailed me back within about 20 minutes. As i live so far away it was a few days b glad i did! I put in an inquiry about a 2019 F150 online and Frank emailed me back within about 20 minutes. As i live so far away it was a few days before i could make the trip but Frank kept in touch and made sure the truck was off the lot before i left. I traded in a 2017 F150 with quite a few miles and they gave me a very fair trade value. One thing i really liked was that Frank showed me how they arrived at the trade value which is different than other dealers ive bought from in the past. Frank was very efficient and we were able to get all the paperwork and financing completed and me headed back home in about 2 hours from the time i arrived. I highly recommend Frank and Tucaloosa Ford! More

They do not return phone calls nor do they guarantee the work they do according to repair bill. Paid them over $1,300 to repair my mustang prior to putting the car on the road to a move to another state. With less than 250 miles on car and in the middle of relocation drive the car began to make a roaring sound in the backend where work had been done. I had no choice but to continue and hope I could get to my destination. The car was parked upon arrival at my new home and wasn’t driven until I could find the time to take to local dealership. They estimated a complete overhaul on backend minimum of $1,300. Decided to get second opinion and was advised that yes the backend basically would need replacement of bearings due to original repair work was done wrong and was a direct result of having to replace bearings at a cost of $800. I do not ever plan to take my car to a Ford dealership unless I have no other choice. More

Mr. Strickland had made arrangements I purchased a used Explorer on the 18th of October, this year. The Salesman I dealt with was Shannon Strickland. Mr. Strickland had made arrangements to get the windshield trim pieces replaced on my Explorer Monday, the 25th of November. On my way to the dealership, I noticed an unusual vibration while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I told Mr. Strickland what i noticed. We took the Explorer for a short ride and when we returned he pulled into the service area. There was a young man outside, working on another car. Mr. Strickland asked the man if he could take a look at my car. He did and took it for a ride to confirm what I had told him. Upon his return, he took the time to thoroughly check all the tires and wheels. He found only 6 lug nuts TIGHT. The mans name is Berry Whaley. I can not thank him enough for taking the time to check my car and rectify the issue. He didn't say "I'm busy, check later". He immediately started checking for the problem. I commend Tuscaloosa Ford for having this type of individual on their staff. He quite possibly averted a disaster. What ever his position with the dealership, he deserves a raise. Buyer Beware! Please be careful buying any used car from this dealership. Bought a heavy duty truck from them just over two months ago and turbo is going out. Asked Please be careful buying any used car from this dealership. Bought a heavy duty truck from them just over two months ago and turbo is going out. Asked before the sale has this truck been inspected by them, answer was yes and that this truck was in "pristine condition" without any issues. I didn't know much about turbo boost at the time but after research of the difference of how high my boost should be and what it was when I bought the truck, should have been a tell-tale sign of not to buy this truck. Guess it was just bad luck I was outside their 2 month warranty by 5 days and 500 miles. Emails and calls back and forth to Dana, Alex, and Frank for a week trying to get some goodwill and a customer for life turned into "There's nothing we can do for you." They make you feel like family trying to get the sale but after the sale good luck. Didn't even offer to take a look at the truck to see if it was something small. Now having to take the truck to another dealer to be serviced who showed compassion about this bad situation. Even offered a discount on their services. Now that is customer care. Just be sure to have your used car certified by a mechanic separate from the dealer. I should have known better but I was over-trusting this dealer. This was my first time buying from a dealer in over 10 years and it's definitely left a bad taste. More

I sent it over before Fall break hoping that I’ll be able to take it back for the break. Last Friday I’ve tried to call my advisor tens of times but he was just too “busy” to pick up the phone. In the afternoon I decided to stop by. But the advisor told me no one have even looked at my car yet! This week I’ve tried to get in touch with him several again, the calling system was put me on hold forever, and of course no response AGAIN. So far I still don’t know when my car will be diagnosed, not to mention how much longer I have to wait for the repairs. This process is taken prohibitively longer than I thought. More

We told him what we were in the market for and he took our information and called back later in the afternoon with what we were looking for. We visited the dealership the following morning and were greeted by Hunter immediately pointing out to us the truck he had found. The buying experience couldn't have been more pleasant. We are very pleased with the deal we got and the experience we had with Hunter. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Hunter Crawford and you will find a young man that will work hard to earn your business. More
We bought a used truck 3 months ago. Batteries are dead now. I thought used trucks would be inspected better before they are sold. Batteries should last longer than 3 months. The dealership would not repla now. I thought used trucks would be inspected better before they are sold. Batteries should last longer than 3 months. The dealership would not replace them. I have hard feelings right now for Ford. More
