Was very happy with sales process, but I had trouble with ford pass called salesman, he and sales manager could not make it work, took in to service department they kept it all day said it would work but did not fix. Called ford said it was the modem. told service department gave them recall number. Did not get a service report. I am very unsatisfied. Service department do not seem to have training for these high tech vehicles. I will call ford back see if someone can help .Love the truck but your service is terrible.
