I had my oil changed 2 weeks ago and was stranded on the side of the road on the way to work this morning with a sensor telling me to shut off my engine, my oil was low. My husband then has to leave his job side of the road on the way to work this morning with a sensor telling me to shut off my engine, my oil was low. My husband then has to leave his job and realizes my oil cap wasn’t screwed on and added oil. So not only did I spend the money to have my oil changed, I lost money being late to work, my husband lost money having to leave his job, it cost us to by more oil, and this also wasn’t the first time this has happened. Needless to say, I am disappointed with the “service” I have received at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet and have decided it is a waste of my time and money to utilize it anymore. I would also like to add that “appointments” aren’t respected if you don’t wait on your vehicle, so not only is coming there a huge inconvenience, I leave with shotty work. More

Purchase parts online to have them put on the vehicle. Dealership calls and says the parts are in set up a pool schedule an appointment time to have those parts installed. Take the vehicle to the dealersh Dealership calls and says the parts are in set up a pool schedule an appointment time to have those parts installed. Take the vehicle to the dealership. 20 minutes later get a phone call from the dealership saying what color do you want. Tell them the color. Six hours later get a call saying the parts aren’t in we can’t find them. Arrive at the dealership to pick up the parts they find the parts. Don’t go here. More
The service manager Jennifer has got to be one of the lowest down people who has ever worked at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet my under aged 17year old minor son took our truck to be flashed is wat he told me and lowest down people who has ever worked at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet my under aged 17year old minor son took our truck to be flashed is wat he told me and instead of calling one of his parents to make sure they have permission to even touch it she runs up a bill of over 2000 dollars for wat I don’t have a clue for wat and then tells me I can’t have my truck so I wrote a review on another link and the owner addresses it and tells me that that’s not how they run there business and tells me to call back and talk to the manager and it would be addressed and I do so numerous times and either they tell me there in a meeting and will return my call or send me too a number that a recording comes up on and I leave my info and still no call back this has been going on for days and I need my truck more than ever. I can’t work a formal job due to my wife having stage 4 terminal liver /brain/and stomach cancer so I have to work side jobs which I’ve been loosing without it.
