I have purchase several cars from your dealership and never experience any problems whatsoever, except when I recently bought a used vehicle. There was a noise factor that I was concerned about and called Matt Kerr, the salesperson who showed us the car and sold it. I will say from the start that Matt was great to work with – a real pleasure to do business with, and knows the product very well. Anyway, he directed me to Jackie in service. She is a delight and certainly knows her business. She took steps that were far beyond her duties in seeing that I would receive a 100% satisfaction. She had Tom go outside with me and we took a ride in the vehicle. His knowledge and gentleness surprised me and after hearing his explanations, and his expertise. I come to realized that what I was hearing was normal for that particular vehicle. I so much want to thank them all for the attention they gave to me. This is the first vehicle in many years I purchased used, and my wife is delighted with it. You can be sure that the next new or used vehicle I buy will be from your dealership.
