I visited several dealers and Joe at Tunkhannock Auto Mart was the only one to follow up with me, even after I realized I could not afford what I was shopping for and basically told him so. That, along with his friendly demeanor and the fact he did not put any pressure on me was the reason I decided to buy from them. I did have a nearer dealership to me but was turned off by the "you have to commit today for us to get this car or give you this price" tactics. That almost made me put off buying a new car all together till I visited Tunkhannock Auto Mart. Once I decided on a car I wanted and in my price range I got back in touch with Joe and he ordered it from the factory for me. Price negotiations were open and very fair with no baffling with numbers. I went to the delearship to pick up my newly built and delivered Dodge and became pressed for time, which was no problem as Joe expidited the sales transaction for me once I asked him. All in all a smooth process and an awesome new loaded 2013 Dodge Dart. When the time comes I will be buying again from Joe and Tunkhannock Auto Mart! More

Everytime I go here, everyone is very nice! The only reason I gave an O.K. for price is B/C inqured about getting the Oil Change Package before my appointment but upon check-out I didnt get charged for reason I gave an O.K. for price is B/C inqured about getting the Oil Change Package before my appointment but upon check-out I didnt get charged for it or asked if I was still interested in recieveing it. I had three children with me so my mind was quite busy that day. I suppose I felt like I should have been asked if I still wanted the package. When I had time to sit down to review my charges, I called back to inquire about why I didnt recieve the package and Stephanie said it was because I didnt confirm that I wanted it. Shouldnt the bill be reviewed with the customer before they leave? Thanks! More
