I purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My 1st vehicle was a brand new 4 door jeep that leaked like a sive. It was at their dealership over 7 times for repair each time the problem was worse than vehicle was a brand new 4 door jeep that leaked like a sive. It was at their dealership over 7 times for repair each time the problem was worse than before. It was never fixed. I traded the vehicle in on another brand. I needed a hitch put on since I have a small camper trailer. During the sale I asked if a factory hitch could be installed and was told no problem. Kelly went to the service dept got everything confirmed. I informed her I had a trip coming up in 3 weeks and needed it installed by then, again i was told noo problem. An installation date was set one week after. I was called a day prior to the installation and told they did not have the part and could not do the install. I did complain and I spoke with the sales dept Kelly which said she would take care of it. She called and said to bring it up at the scheduled time. I was told the installation would take 2 hours I sat there over 6hrs. At times I could see my vehicle on the lift with no one working on it. Well i get the vehicle and guess what they installed an aftermarket hitch without telling me or giving me any kind of warning. I didn't request an aftermarket hitch I was told it would be factory. I was lied to and deceived by these ppl. Also when I complained because it looked like crap, was not what I ordered and the cost would have been much lower than a factory hitch. I was told it was there was no difference in price due to it taking longer to install labor wise. What a joke I didn't request this type of hitch in the first place and there telling me due to labor there is no price difference. I planned on suing but not worth it from what I’m told. Watch for Kelly she seems so nice up front but all she has on her mind is cash and how best to take it from you. More

He answered all my questions and gave me an idea of what he could do before I took the drive out to dealership. I was the most impressed with his willingness to come in and meet with me on his day off. To me this said a lot about who he was even before I met him. I had a great experience with him from start to finish. He was able to fit me with a van that was in my price range. And even after we left the dealership, he called me once within the first half hour to let me know he had spoken to my insurance company to get my vehicle covered. And then called a few days later to make sure everything was going okay with my vehicle. Tunkhannock Auto Mart had just what my wife and I wanted. What I paid for my 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport back in 1994 (new) is almost the same price that I paid for my 2012 Jeep Liberty. Moreover, Joe Dafcik made the experience both enjoyable and pressure-free. His demeanor as a saleman was courteous, professional, and honest...my wife and I were very impressed. My 2007 Wrangler was taken in for a wobble in the steering. After a "33 point check" it was decided that a steering dampener was necessary. I was charged $300 and ten minutes after leaving the dealer steering. After a "33 point check" it was decided that a steering dampener was necessary. I was charged $300 and ten minutes after leaving the dealership the problem occured again but far worse where I had almost lost control of my Jeep. The car had to be towed back and I was told that the tires are chopped and will cost $900 to replace, my tires are less than a year old and have under 20,000 miles on them. Now because of the service departments negligence to inspect the tires I am paying $300 for a completely unnecessary repair and they want $900 for tires that may not fix the problem. Due to this deplorable service I will not suggest this dealership to anyone and now have a warranty exclusively through them that I will not use because of their unreliable service. Not even as much as an apology from the service department. More
