TUNKHANNOCK AUTO MART DOES THE WORK FOR YOU WHEN BUYING PRE-OWNED VEHICLES...Our EXCLUSIVE car consultant spends several days each week on site at automobile auctions to bring back vehicles he can find at the best prices. He travels to automobile auctions in Florida and other southeastern states to bring back low mileage cars that were part of rental pools for vacationers, he says. "The cars down there seem to be more gently used by people on vacation than by busy road warriors who go from place to place at break-neck speed to get their jobs done. And new cars put into rental service down south seem to suffer less damage because of their better weather and road conditions down there versus the snowbound northeast. The windows and bodies don't suffer damage from flying road cinders, the tires aren't beaten up by pot-holes, and the under carriages are not damaged by chemicals spread onto icy roads."
Our EXCLUSIVE automobile consultant, who has been in the business since 1987, targets vehicles that have only been in service for six to 12 months and have been treated well as evidenced by their maintenance and service records. Our consultant physically goes to each auction site because he says you can't tell from a video or picture if there is body or interior damage. He also looks very carefully at the AutoCheck and CarFax history reports to evaluate the past ownership. My salesman was Eddie and he has great customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the Jeep I bought. I was very surprised with the trade in value that was given to me. Wasn't like most pushy salesman - I got what I wanted. The financing was quick and the interest rate and payments are way less than my previous loan. When your ready call Eddy!!! :) More

He was very knowledgeable about all the options on the 2018 Durango and he went thru how to use the latest gadgets in the radio/readout. He answered all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle and financing, how much my trade was worth and how much the new vehicle would be after all rebates applied. Never at any time was he pushy with a sale. He makes you feel as if you are talking to an old friend. He is personable and courteous, and above all, goes out of his way to accomodate any questions or concerns you have. He goes over step by step the paperwork and what it is for (believe me, it is daunting without help). He gave me a great deal on the Durango and I consider him a good friend with all the dealing he has helped me with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. Thanks Eddie, I was READY !!! More

Experience of buying a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with Eddie Eddie demonstrated great knowledge in discussing our new car purchase. After asking what we wanted in our car, Eddie presented my husband and I with a Eddie demonstrated great knowledge in discussing our new car purchase. After asking what we wanted in our car, Eddie presented my husband and I with a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica complete with our “Wanted DVD Player.” He told us about “Our” car, then we were given time to ask Eddie questions. He has an inept knowledge of this vehicle and other Pacifica. We really appreciated Eddie’s attentiveness and patience in listening to our concerns and answering our MANY questions. His disposition is very caring and appreciated. After deciding to pursue buying this car, Eddie went over all the financial/ rebate information, including working with Alex, on a trade-in value, our discussion led to getting the best value for our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. He explained all aspects... and we purchased our vehicle due to Eddie’s knowledge,understanding and positive disposition. Finally, on our delivery day, he went over all the components of our car- the mechanisms to drive safely, and even put down a 2nd Row seat! Also, said that we can call/come in with any questions or concerns. Little perks like that prove to be so helpful and appreciated.
