I don't know who Gavin Kalagher is. Maintenance is covered on my ionqic 5 but at 6000 miles I was charged $22 for tire rotation. On my first recall I was offered a $22 tire rotaion and a $55 battery maintenance-when I called them on the charges they dropped the tire rotation (didn't offer a refund) but not battery "that's battery maintenance." On my second recall the price dropped to $40 and the service would take 2 hrs. I passed. 2hrs. to download software and clean terminals-really? I asked about v2l neither service nor parts knew what that is. More

I was told my car would be ready between 1:00-1:30. At 2:30 I went to ask about my car. They drove up with it right after I ask about it. Don’t know how long I would have sat there & waited!!!!
