I’m very thankful that the team was able to fix my sunroof over a year ago. The staff is always friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, I called multiple times about the oil stains and torn sunroof. I scheduled an appointment to fix the stains, torn lining, replace tire and oil change. I only got an oil change and tire replacement. I love my car and looking to purchase a new vehicle this summer but unfortunately will be looking for a different brand due to the service I repeatedly great from the Tulsa location. I’ve had countless headaches from the service department. Plus oil stains I can’t personally get out of my sunroof and lining torn… I relocated to Chicago for work so now I have no idea how it will get fixed. More

We purchased a used vehicle from Tulsa Hyundai. My college age son and myself made the purchase. We both new more about the car in question than the sales person. We went to purchase the vehicle and our finance application was filled out and submitted for credit check before discussing the price, even after my request to do so. We were told we had been approved with no mention on the interest rate. After my direct question of the interest rate, it was ridiculously high. I said forget it, we are paying cash. Then the finance manager came in stating he had one more bank to contact. “Magically” this rate was half of what the first quote was. I am a female and I have been through the car buying experience enough to know the game they play. Boy did they play the game. More
