The two stars are for the service admin who handled our vehicle, she was super nice and helped as she could. The service on the other hand was not good. Took vehicle in May of 2021 because it was making a vehicle, she was super nice and helped as she could. The service on the other hand was not good. Took vehicle in May of 2021 because it was making a horrible engine noise and still under warranty, was told it was normal and all good. January of 2022 took it in because the AC was not working and asked them to once again check on the noise and was told the engine needed to be replaced under warranty. There was initially concern the service manager would not approve the replacement until I produced all oil change records but fortunately was approved after 2 weeks. Another month to get the vehicle back (they provided a loaner so not too big of deal). Once we got the car back the drivers side inner fender fell down on the wheel because they forgot to secure it properly. They replaced it after having to remind them they left the securement nuts off (had pics) A few weeks later I noticed the plastic skid plate under the motor was dragging. After looking myself I found several nuts and bolts missing. I once again took it back and made them replace it for free. Took it to another dealership for oil change and they told me that several wires and plugs were not secured properly and that I needed to take it back for them to secure properly. After taking it back they said everything was good without doing anything. Ended up taking it to the other dealership to have fixed properly. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but we will not be using this local dealership in the future. More
Just when I thought I couldn't GET ANY WORSE! Called 3 times asking to speak to a manager...ANY MANAGER...not a single return call. Honestly...not only would I highly recommend NOT going here, but so far Hyundai over all is exactly what everyone warned me about....NOT REMOTELY IMPRESSED after two years of ownership! I have been trying to get multiple issues resolved for over 5 months now. Broken promises, lies and even contact corporate was useless. Once they sell you a car...the service department becomes a black hole from where no responses are allowed it appears! More
Took car in for standard maintenance: oil change etc on Friday and the car broke down on Sunday! It overheated because a belt broke and it’s a brand new car !!!!!!! Oh and on a holiday weekend.....super ex Friday and the car broke down on Sunday! It overheated because a belt broke and it’s a brand new car !!!!!!! Don't know why it took over an hour and a half to get oil changed. Tech never came in lounge area to advise of what they recommend just sent a text. My radio station was changed why ?
