I was called in for the Elantra seat belt recall in June. I had my son pick me up. The next day he took me back to pick up my car. I checked out and went home. When I looked at the receipt, it said the recal I had my son pick me up. The next day he took me back to pick up my car. I checked out and went home. When I looked at the receipt, it said the recall had not been fixed because they didn't have the parts! They have my phone number. I was called to tell me about the recall. Please tell me why I wasn't told about this when I left the car, or before I came there?? I went there a week ago. Still no parts. I have a Sonata. It had an airbag recall a couple of years ago. When I got it back, there was a noticeable gash on the steering column. Nobody even mentioned it. No, I would not recommend this dealer! More

I got this car in April 2022 and this month (August) I started having issues with it going dead. The first time it went dead, I received a jump and went to go get the battery tested and it came back fi started having issues with it going dead. The first time it went dead, I received a jump and went to go get the battery tested and it came back fine which I figured it would since the battery was less than a year old. After it went dead a second time, I had it towed to the dealership. They then proceeded to tell me that the battery needed to be replaced and that it was going to cost me almost $300. They also told me that I could contact the manufacturer or company of the defective battery to get a discount or replacement. After much back and fourth, I decided to purchase a new battery and had it installed and to my surprise the battery that was defective was in fact a Tulsa Hyundai battery. The very next day, my vehicle went dead again. I proceeded to call Tulsa Hyundai (Multiple times) to try to get this resolved but so far no one has tried to resolve my issue. I am not able to afford another tow and I don't have transportation to go up to Tulsa Hyundai to speak with anyone. Brook from Tulsa Hyundai has reached out to me at 5pm on 8/15/22 and left a voicemail (stating that she would try to call again in the morning since she was leaving for the day) but I was working and couldn't answer her call. Overall, that's the extent of effort that was made to help resolve this issue and I have not received another call since then. More

Service manager was good. The waiting area was extremely cold,..my wife and I ended up waiting outside sitting on the porch. The highlight was the port-a-potties. I would have chosen another dealership for the service call had I known about the conditions. More
