I wasn’t happy at all. I felt there was a lack in customer service. When I spoke with the manager she said I didn’t need the service es and that my rep should have came to me to explain but she never did. It was very disappointing. More

The service center was ok. Communication wasn’t great about what was going on with the warranty claim although they did submit 3 different warranty claims on my behalf. I will never buy another Hyundai because Hyundai corporation failed to replace an engine with only 50,000 miles on it with complete oil change records. Why would you say have a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty for only the FIRST owner. We were the second owner and lost big time. More
Nothing I put in for repairs was made. I was warned of this. I was promised great service when I purchased the warranty and I even mentioned if somebody kicks my car would that be covered I was warned of this. The lady with really short hair who works in financing that finished up my mistake. The $35,000 purchase. But apparently nothing over 3 inches is covered. I was told cracked windshield which need replaced would be replaced. I paid for that warranty too. Denied. So at this point I’m going to complicate matters. All my requests for service moving forward will be sent to you by certified mail. This way inevitably I can use them in court if I need to sue you. My previously denied requests just forget them. I’ll cover the $1400 windshield. I'm not sure I’ll even use your program and might request my money be applied to my loan balance. More
Everyone I come in contact with here is super nice. Had an oil change & tire rotation which was done in a timely manner while I waited DURING a total remodel! So glad I bought my care here! Tulsa Hyundai was very considerate when I told them I had a trip but couldn't delay an oil change for my van. They were able to schedule for it and it didn't take comparatively long to get it done. Took car in for warranty work after receiving multiple notices in the mail, at first they said there wasn’t any warranty work needed. They finally found it and did the work along with “a multipoint inspec notices in the mail, at first they said there wasn’t any warranty work needed. They finally found it and did the work along with “a multipoint inspection “ that came up with over $3000 worth of work needed. 1 service they said needed to be done was an ac evac and flush which I would think would come with a refill but no there was a whole other charge for refilling the ac unit. More
