I purchased a new Santa Fe and was excited . The next morning went to a couple of consultations and headed to my last one of the day, then it just spiraled down from there. When I arrived to my destination the car died, called roadside assistance the dealership sent someone out couldn’t get it started had to have it towed. Called the next morning and the service technician who I was dealing with was not in so I had to wait over the weekend cause it was a Friday. Got the run around the next week and never really got an answer to the problem just that it was bad gas? Every time I spoke to anyone they said they would get right back to me , needless to say I finally got a car almost a month later. The worst experience I have ever had and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
