Josh the tech was very rude. He started interactions with me by telling me I misspelled my own name. He repaired a recall on my trunk latch without notifying me prior and used so He started interactions with me by telling me I misspelled my own name. He repaired a recall on my trunk latch without notifying me prior and used some sort of spray that caused a white residue around the inside latch and now theres 4 spots on my back bumper around the latch area where the car paint has lifted. He was so combative about me spelling my own name wrong; even on the key drop off paperwork I filled out, I didnt even want to discuss the paint issue. More

I like being able to set up service appts on my schedule vs 1st come 1st served elsewhere. The inspections done each time I come in give me peace of mind as well as being informative. It's great having feedback from service advisors during the repair process, and they always answer my questions. It's nice to have a large open waiting area w/ plenty of seating and perks. More
